Thompsons is an independent firm of Commercial Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors offering professional advice on all aspects of commercial property. Thompsons, first established in Swindon in 1977, practices under the Code of Conduct of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Thompsons are founder members of the Association of Independent Commercial Property Consultants (AICPC), a unique Regional Network covering the property markets of the M4/M40/M5 corridors, enabling our clients to have regional exposure for property disposals and access to in depth local knowledge of property markets across the whole region.
Thompsons strive to provide a high quality service, responsive to the needs of our clients with speed, professional expertise and in depth market knowledge. From our base in Swindon we offer agency services across our home territory of North Wilts, South Glos and West Berks and throughout the M4/M5/M40 Region via our associated offices. Our professional services and property management activities are client led and take us further afield, throughout the UK.
