Thompsons have announced the successful letting of a ground floor shop at 43 Havelock Street on behalf of Witton Recruitment Ltd. The new occupier is Soupalicious Ltd who will be running a café specialising in many varieties of soup. Soupalicious is a new venture by local traders Mr and Mrs Samra who had been searching for a suitable premises for some time.

Stephen Brickell of Thompsons commented “We experienced a tremendous amount of interest in the property which provides 714 sq ft of accommodation. We are delighted to have been able to agree terms with the owners of Soupalicious and are sure their unique business will be a success which will further add to the eclectic mix of food outlets in Havelock Street. The property was let on a 10 year lease in excess of the asking rent of £19,800 per annum, exclusive.”
