Joint agents Colliers CRE and Thompsons have let 47 Bridge Street, Swindon to Café Nero. The two storey property is situated close to British Home Stores at the top end of Bridge Street and extends to some 1,978 sq ft on ground floor and 1,770 sq ft on the first floor. The asking rent was £70,000 per annum.

Café Nero, are currently the largest independent coffee retailer in the UK, with over 300 Café Nero stores, and are bringing their unique Italian coffee house concept to Swindon, offering premium espresso based gourmet coffee, authentic Italian food products and a relaxing atmosphere in which customers can savour their products.

Andrew Kilpatrick of Thompsons says “We are pleased to welcome Café Nero to Swindon and it is great that the town can attract such a quality retailer with the traditional Italian style into the town”.

Colliers CRE and Thompsons represented the landlord, McArthur Wilson represented the tenant.
