Thompsons have announced the successful letting of part of the ground floor of the former Studio Nightclub premises in Old Town on behalf of private clients.
Stephen Brickell of Thompsons commented “We were recently approached by the owners of the former Studio Nightclub premises in Old Town as a result of a recommendation from another of our clients. The property had remained largely empty for some time and with a view to rejuvenating this landmark building we were instructed to secure an occupier for all or part of the building. We are delighted to confirm that we have let a prominently situated ground floor unit with elevations to Hoopers Place and Newport Street to the Subway sandwich chain.
The unit is nearing completion and Subways will be taking occupation over the coming days.
As a result of this successful letting we have been instructed to find suitable occupiers for the remainder of the building which can be used as a bar, nightclub or restaurant. We are able to offer units varying in size from 2,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft depending on an individual occupier's requirements. All units are available by way of new full repairing and insuring leases.
We are delighted that the owners of the premises have given us instructions to market the rest of the available accommodation and we look forward to seeing the building fully occupied in the near future.”
